ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose the C.C.No.9055 of 2017 on the file of him within the time period fixed by this Court.

2.It is seen from the records that a Final Report was filed by the respondent Police and the same has been taken on file by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.9055 of 2017.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of C.C.No.9055 of 2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
