Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'notice dated 27.06.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that photocopy of the impugned notice was affixed on the wall, the same is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:
