ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the award dated 05.09.2013 made in I.D.(L) No.100 of 2012 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner management submitted that during the year 2016, all the members of the second respondent union were re-instated into service and they were paid with wages. He further submitted that the difference of payment of wages will be settled in the course of time.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner management, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. It is made clear that, whatever amount deposited by the petitioner management, pursuant to the order dated 01.03.2016 passed by this Court, the members of the second respondent union are permitted to withdraw the said amount and the same shall be adjusted while fixing the regular scale of pay.
