Petitioner herein seeks Mandamus for disposal of his representation dated 10.06.2024 seeks police protection for conducting temple Kumbabisekham to be held from 05.07.2024 to 07.07.2024.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the representation dated 10.06.2024 till date not been considered by the police though it has been well in advance intimated to them that the Kumbabisekham is scheduled to be conducted between 05.07.2024 and 07.07.2024

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that if the representation dated 10.06.2024 is not so far disposed of, it will be disposed on or before 04.07.2024.
