The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry after giving notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and cancel the impugned legal heirship certificate 03.07.2000 under ref.Dis.(D1) 018022/2000 issued by the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally on 03.07.2000, the impugned legal heirship certificate has been issued by the third respondent, subsequent to that, the second respondent issued Legal heirship certificate dated 26.08.2000.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs.
