2. COD prayer is qua delay in filing claim petition in Form No.66.
3. Delay in filing claim petition is sought to be condoned. Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for applicant adverting to support affidavit submits that reason for delay is, the applicant had misplaced the original receipt while whitewashing and cleaning his residence and it was located only recently.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, COD prayer is acceded to i.e., captioned application is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned albeit subject to condition that the applicant should file Form No.66 before OL along with original support papers on or before 22.08.2022 failing which the captioned application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
6. Captioned application ordered on the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
