This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to call for the records in Crime No.934 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.934 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police is concluded and charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Salem in CC.No.145 of 2020 dated 22.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
