Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents and their men from in any manner putting up any Cement Pipes / Poles to carry the Electricity Transmission Lines in the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.67/1, Punjai Survey No.1, measuring to an extent of 0.91 cents Numbal Maduravoyal or Numbal Mathura Pallikuppam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, except by due process of law.

According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that erection of tower line has already been completed and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
