Revenue Inspector, ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his Notice dated 28.01.2014 issued under Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Encroachment Act, 1905 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to transfer the land in Survey No.52/1 an extent of 2.61 hectares at Sengunam Village on payment of cost to the petitioner as recommended by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.B2/25247/2004, dated 14.12.2005.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
