This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment dated 07.05.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.166 of 2019 by the learned Special Court (POCSO Cases), Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 298 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
