This case is taken up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.R.John Joseph., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, No appearance for the 1st respondent. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have implemented the order that is challenged by them in the Writ Petition and hence seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
2.Mr.B.Rangabashyam appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition. He has produced the letter issued by Mr.R.V.Ravi Kumar, the Managing Director of the petitioner authorising him to appear on behalf of the petitioner and the same may be taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
