A.No.1151 of 2021 has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent/ defendant to furnish security to the extent of the suit claim.

Admittedly, no interim order is granted in the said application even though the said application was filed in the year 2021 itself. The suit is now ripe for trial as the pleadings are complete.

In view of the same, no useful purpose will be served if A.No.1151 of 2021 is kept pending. Accordingly, A.No.1151 of 2021 is closed.
