PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Judge, Namakkal to number the suit in C.F.R.No.6832 of 2020 without further returning the plaint. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Manokaran

O R D E R

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that there was some overwriting seal affixed by the vendor at the time of selling the property in question and whitener also appears to have been affixed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the C.R.P., and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the new stamp papers/Court fee, on surrendering the registered stamp papers to the Treasury. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to return the entire original stamp papers / Court fees, filed along with this revision petition. It is open to the petitioner/plaintiff to substitute and collect the court fee / stamp paper afresh. No costs.
