This matter is posted for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Court by order dated 03.07.2023, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) before the first respondent within a period of one week.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when he attempted to deposit the amount before the first respondent, he was informed that the amount shall be deposited before the fifth respondent. When the petitioner attempted to deposit the amount before the fifth respondent, the Hereditary Trustee of the fifth respondent refused to receive the amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, who is present before this Court submits that he would issue suitable instructions to the fifth respondent to receive the amount deposited by the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) as directed earlier before the fifth respondent on or before 25.07.2023. If any such deposit is made by the petitioner, the fifth respondent is directed to receive the same without prejudice to his case.
