ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition Para 6 (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8210 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 25 days.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.6 (b) imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
