O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to duly consider and accept the petitioner letter dated 12.03.2014 offering to pay a sum of Rs.21.73 Lakhs as one Time Settlement after adjusting the sum of Rs.2 Lakhs which is deposited with the respondent Bank as no lien deposit.

2. Such a relief as sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted in a writ proceedings. The petitioner submitted an application to accept the offer made by the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.21.73 lakhs as one time settlement. The procedures as contemplated and the details of the account and other disputes between the parties are to be adjudicated elaborately for falling on an opinion in such issues. Such an adjudication cannot be undertaken by the High Court in a Writ Petition. If at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to approach the Banking Ombudsman for resolving the issues.

3. This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority or the forum for the purpose of adjudication of the issues.
