ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court on every 1st and 15th day of English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2490 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 15.09.2025, imposed a condition that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court on every 1st and 15th day of English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". However, now the petitioner has filed this petition praying to relax the said condition.
3. Mr.R.Rajasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner is almost complying with the said condition.
4. In view of the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court on every 1st and 15th day of English calendar month 2/4
