ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to investigate the matter and file a final report in Crime No.179 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.179 of 2014 has been completed and the case has been closed and also, R.C.S. No.27 of 2016 notice has been served on the defacto complainant and the respondent has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kancheepuram on 13.09.2016.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
