Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since there is no interim order granted by this Court at the time of admission, the petitioner got relieved from Annur Branch and joined the transfer place of posting at Uppilipalayam on 22.06.2023.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has also filed counter affidavit to that effect dated 29.11.2024.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 07.01.2025 kkd To
