ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the respondents 1 & 2 herein to proceed the investigation on

the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2023 in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the criminal original petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.10.2023, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders on the said complaint within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
