ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner i.e. "the petitioner shall report before the trial court once a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.MP.No.6045 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.28748 of 2025 dated 06.04.2026.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 17.03.2026, imposed a condition that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court concerned daily at 10.30 until further orders". Thereafter, this Court in Crl.MP.No.6045 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.28748 of 2025, by order dated 06.04.2026, modified the said condition as "the petitioner shall report before the trial court once a week i.e. evey Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". Now the petitioner has filed this petition praying to relax the said condition.

3. Mr.R.Rajasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said condition.

In view of the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court once a week i.e. evey Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6045 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.28748 of 2025 order dated 06.04.2026, is relaxed. 22.05.2026 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No lok/dm 3/4
