, J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 55 days in filing these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard Ms. Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S. Santhosh Kumar, learned Government Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent/State Express Transport Corporation Ltd.

3. Learned counsel for the second respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 55 days in filing the above appeals is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission in the usual course.
