ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2024, seeking for removal of entries made in the Taluk record as per the 2nd respondent's communication dated 02.01.2024 to the 1st respondent, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Till date the counter has not been filed by the respondents. 3.The petitioner claims that the entries made in the Taluk record as per the 2nd respondent's communication dated 02.01.2024 to the 1st respondent is incorrect and has to be removed. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2024 as stated supra is directed to be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the 1st respondent within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2024. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2024, seeking for removal of the entries made in the Taluk record for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition as per the 2nd respondent's communication dated 02.01.2024 to the 1st respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the
