Heard Mr.M.Devaraj, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.S.Rajendrakumar, learned counsel for the 2nd plaintiff and Mr.Bijesh Thomas, learned counsel for the 1st plaintiff.

2.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed, the documents produced along with the application are permitted to be produced in evidence, subject to proof and relevancy.

3.It is stated that the defendants' witness is in the box. The learned counsel for the plaintiff would be permitted to cross-examine the witness on the contents of those documents also.
