ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2018 and to confer the permanent posting as Library Assistant to the petitioner. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined the service as temporary Library Assistant on 05.05.2010. In the year 2014, the respondent conducted interview for recruitment for the post of Library Assistant on 18.06.2014, the petitioner also attended the interview on 08.09.2014. Though the petitioner belongs to Backward community instead of appointing the petitioner under BC quota, was kept in the waiting list under general turn. Immediately, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.09.

After completion of 9 years of service and the petitioner was not conferred with the regular appointment and though regular vacancies existence. considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner representations would be considered in accordance with law.

5.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondent to consider the representation dt. 04.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if not disposed already.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
