petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.
2.The petitioners were the claimants before the Tribunal and they sought compensation of Rs.1,50,00,000/-, but the Tribunal has awarded Rs.69,29,000/-. This appeal has been preferred seeking enhancement of compensation.
3.Since the Tribunal has passed award in favour of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant exemption from payment of Court Fee. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
