This petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 of India praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 28.09.2004 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 27480 of 2004.

ORDER

In pursuance of the order passed in W.P. No. 27480 of 2004, dated 28.09.2004, the present contempt petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been filed, based on the grievance that the order has been passed by this Court directing the petitioner to pay

the current market value. It appears that a writ petition has already filed by the petitioner in W.P. No. 29583 of 2012, challenging the said order.

2. Law is also quite well settled that when an order is passed, purported compliance of the direction issued by this Court is mandatory, and the remedy is to challenge the said order, which has already been done by the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the present contempt petition is closed.
