When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Temple in question does not fall within the purview of the HR and CE Department. Therefore, they are not in a position to take any action on the petitioner's complaint made against the private respondents herein. The petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
