ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the tenants/revision petitioners herein, challenging the order dated 11.07.2012, passed by the learned VII Small Causes Judge in R.C.A.No.1296 of 2005, confirming the order dated 15.11.2005, passed by the learned XVI Small Causes Judge in
R.C.O.P.No.2462 of 2003.
2. Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed an affidavit, giving an undertaking to vacate the premises and handover the vacant possession to the respondent herein, within six months.
3. But, this Court is inclined to give the petitioners four months' time from today, i.e. 15.02.2016, to vacate the premises and handover the vacant possession to the respondent herein.
4. Recording the said undertaking affidavit, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, giving four months' time from today, i.e. 15.02.2016, to vacate the premises and handover the vacant possession to the respondent herein. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
