PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Additional Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, to dispose the REP.No.51 of 2013 in O.S.No.110 of 2012, on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2 C.R.P.No.3606 of 2022 O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri to dispose the R.E.P.No.51 of 2013, within a stipulated time.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein obtained a decree for specific performance in O.S.No.110 of 2012 and the same was put into execution in REP.No.51 of 2013.

4. A perusal of the e-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers reveals that the R.E.P has been pending from 2013 onwards, without any progress. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no interim order by any of the superior forums and the same is recorded.

5. In view of the fact that the R.E.P is of the year 2013, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the R.E.P within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
