The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had died. The Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2004 seeking for Mandamus directing the first respondent to revise the scale of pay as that of B.T. Assistant from 10.11.1995 till the Original Application No.1257 of 1996 is disposed of on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal.

2.Therefore, by efflux of time, there is nothing survives in this writ petition for consideration and hence, this writ petition has become virtually infructuous.
