Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent herein in Na.Ka.K3/2439/14(LS) dated 28.01.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to allow the petitioner to continue to serve as Deputy Inspector of Survey, Taluk Office, Ariyalur with all consequential benefits.
