ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to declare the correct marks of the petitioner and to include his name in the selection list for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant for the year 2012-2013 and appoint him as such, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2.Upon notice, a detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent, inter alia stating that the petitioner has not secured eligible cut off marks to call for certificate verification and hence, he could not be considered for further process of selection.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner got appointment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
