Original Appln. No.569 of 2021 N. SATHISH KUMAR This original application has been filed for an order of interim injunction directing the respondents not to deal with the stocks in any manner whatsoever and to return the stocks of the applicant amounting to Rs.1,00,13,567/-.

2. This court by an order dated 20.09.2021, ordering notice to the respondent, has granted interim injunction. Notice sent to the respondent has been returned as " Refused ". The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

3. Since the respondent has refused to receive the notice, this court is of the view that the respondent has no right to deal with the stocks, as per the agreement, which has already been terminated. Hence, the interim injunction already granted by this court dated 20.09.2021 is made absolute.

4. Accordingly, this original application is closed. It is for the applicant to initiate Arbitration Proceedings, within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order passed by this court shall automatically be vacated. 07.10.2021 mst
