ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on instruction, the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that trial has to be commenced.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Trial Court is requested to proceed with the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
