At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the one year period for which the lodge in question had been closed, by way of the impugned order of the first respondent, dated 3.4.2012, had expired. He had also placed before this Court the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 21.6.2013, granting permission to the petitioner to reopen the lodge in question. In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
