Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent issued in G.O(Ms)No.257 dated 05.11.2013 issued by the first respondent Health and Family Welfare Department and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to issue a new G.O for select the post of therapeutic assistant with qualification of Diploma in Nursing therapy.
