ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 296(b), 118(2), 133, 69, 64(2)(m) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act instead of Sections 296(b), 118(3), 69, 64(2)(m) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crl.O.P.No.12357 of 2026 order dated 13.05.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
