ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the relieving order passed by the first respondent dated 09.01.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that consequent to the relieving order, the petitioner was relieved from the Department on 09.01.2014 A.N. itself and he has joined in Home Department and is serving as Private Secretary in that Department with effect from 10.02.2014. He further submitted that, inview of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
