This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the appeal against the judgment in STC.No.2029 of 2013 dated 14.02.2025 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 6 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
