This petition has been filed to substitute petitioners 2 to 4 in the place of the petitioner in W.P.No.8889 of 2023.

The petitioner in W.P.No.8889 of 2023 died on 30.04.2023 and the petitioners 2 to 4 in this petition are the legal heirs of the first petitioner.

3. Having regard to the fact that petitioners 2 to 4 are legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

4. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.
