Respondents Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by DRT-I, Chennai, vide its order, dated 03.07.2019, directing the petitioner to pay 10% of the sale consideration by 12 P.M. on 05.07.2019, and another 10% within 3 weeks thereafter in I.A.735 of 2019 in S.A.175 of 2019 and to quash the condition imposed to pay the amounts as directed in the order and forbearing the 1st respondent from proceeding further pursuant to their notice 13.06.2019, by conducting E-Auction either on 05.07.2019 or any other subsequent dates.
