ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner/wife of the convict seeks extension of the leave already granted by this Court on the premise that she has developed the heart problem. Reliance has been made on the medical records produced.

2. Considering the above, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted, for a further period of one week starting from today i.e., 20.11.2020 to 27.11.2020 on the same terms as indicated in the earlier order dated 02.11.2020. The convict shall return back to the prison at 05.00 p.m. on 27.11.2020.
