The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not interested to further persuade the extension given in respect of sixth respondent. 2.

Hence, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is liable to be closed. However, the question of law in respect of Power of the AEO to pass order is left open.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
