ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition i.e., petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed by this Court by order dated 16.04.2025 in CRL OP.NO.10361 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent police raised objection for modification of the above condition stating that the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police till 26.06.2025 and thereafter she is not complying with the condition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is facing great difficulty to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m and her mother was severely injured; undergone operation and that she is the only person available to take care of her mother, hence seeks to relax the condition.

5. Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court in inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.NO.10361 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of ten days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
