fraudulent patta bearing patta Nos. 4356 and 4354 granted in favour of the Respondents 4 and 5.

2. The petitioners have preferred an appeal before the second respondent questioning the issuance of patta in favour of the private respondents herein. The petitioners state that the private respondents are presently promoting the property by fraudulently including a road portion. For this reason, they seek a direction to the second respondent to dispose of their appeal. Therefore, I direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
