ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider and take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2018 with regard to the installation of the High Voltage Transfer in the petitioner's property by the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already the respondents have erected Transformer and notifications were also effected and hence, now, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
