ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection from the police from harassment.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that on a complaint of one Shanmugam on 23.04.2024, the petitioner was called for enquiry on 04.05.2024. On his appearance before the respondent - police and after recording the explanation on 04.05.2024, the complaint been closed on 29.06.2024, directing the parties to work out their remedy before the Civil Court.

3. Since there is no case or complaint is pending against the petitioner, apprehension of the petitioner is ill found. Hence, according to the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
