CRIME NO.1/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14368 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.677 of 2019 dated 27.11.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14368 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.677 of 2019 dated 27.11.2019 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the only bread winner of his family and due to the condition imposed on him, he face difficulty in carrying out his work.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the till date the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed on him.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14368 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.677 of 2019 dated 27.11.2019.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month. -sd/- 09/12/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
