[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Semmozhiyal, aged 10 years, before this Court, from the custody of the 4th respondent and hand over to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 4th respondent submitted that, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and they have entered into a mediation settlement under which, they have agreed to resolve their dispute in the Family Court in H.M.O.P.No.1389 of 2020, with regard to the custody of the child.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
